Description -Lead the creation and management of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans to guide business decisions.

• Prepare regular financial reports with variance analysis and recommend adjustments to improve results.
• Build and maintain financial models that support planning, investment decisions, and “what-if” scenarios.
• Work closely with operations, sales, and other teams to align financial plans with company goals.
• Analyze profitability, costs, and ROI to identify risks, trends, and new opportunities for growth.

Requirements -Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required, MBA or advance degree preferred.
