Travel Registered Nurse – Hospice - PA West Territory

This role typically follows a  Monday–Friday schedule , with occasional on-call responsibilities.  Travel is required and may include covering Altoona, PA to Meadville, PA

A company fleet car is provided for eligible employees.

• Hospice Case Management Experience Preferred
• Home Care Home Base EMR Experience Preferred

In this dynamic role, you’ll provide direct care to patients and support to families, while also serving as a floating clinician—temporarily assigned to different hospice branches based on census needs or staffing gaps.
