Litigation Associate Attorney

Location : Pittsburgh, PA
Remote Work : Work from home every Friday

Our firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. We specialize in insurance defense , representing clients in civil litigation matters, including personal injury, property damage, contract disputes, negligent security, and liquor liability .

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated trial-focused attorney with 2-3 years of insurance defense experience . The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills , work closely with partners, and play a vital role in case strategy, research, and legal documentation.

Responsibilities

Represent insurance companies in civil litigation cases

Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and conduct legal research

Collaborate with attorneys on case strategy and trial preparation

Manage cases through trial, negotiation, and settlement

Maintain strong client and insurance carrier relationships

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school

2-3 years of insurance defense litigation experience

Trial experience preferred

Strong research, writing, and communication skills

Ability to manage caseload efficiently and work collaboratively
