• Requirements

Activity logs

• If they aren t board certified (in any board- typically new grads) they will need their life support certs, ACLS, BLS, PALS (pediatrics)
• They do not need the sedation exam if they are Emergency Medicine Board Certified
• References must come from a department Chair / Medical Director at all current facilities and usually they will like to see any from affiliations that ended within a year
• Active MD license
• Active DEA / CSR
• Support Staff
