Software Development Senior Manager

You must be adept in both oral and written communications aimed at engineers, senior leadership, customers, partners, and other internal teams.

Responsibilities :

• Grow and lead an engineering team of 6-10 engineers
• Lead projects that span multiple domains within networking and partner with teams outside of networking such as security, compliance, etc
• Own the end-to-end service design, project planning, delivery
• Cultivate best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules
• Drive operational excellence for the service
• Collaborate with other leaders on developing and delivering product roadmaps, operational improvements, and critical cross-functional customer commitments
• Participate in critical projects and project status communication at the senior leadership level
• Participate in a manager on-call rotation for the team

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US : Hiring Range in USD from : $107,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
