Corporate Treasury Position

The Corporate Treasury team provides corporate finance, risk and advisory services to senior management and internal business units. The team optimizes the Firm's funding, liquidity and capital base, manages the Firm's foreign exchange and interest rate exposure, and coordinates relationships with regulators, rating agencies, and unsecured creditors. The Recovery and Resolution Planning team oversees the Recovery and Resolution Planning processes on a day-to-day basis, including production and submission of the Firm's and U.S. Banks' Recovery and Resolution Plans.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
