Location : Wellspan Health

Shift : Nights, 3x12s, EOW (will consider weekend warriors)

Requirements :

Job Overview :

30-bed Intermediate Care Unit providing care for the following patients :

o Functions as a step-down intermediate care unit meeting the acute care patient needs.

o Post Interventional- Angioplasty and / or Cardiac Stenting

o Electrophysiology- Pre and post procedures i.e. ablations, pacemakers, internal defibrillators, EP studies

o Respiratory Failure- CPAP, BiPAP, COPD Exacerbation

o Congestive Heart Failure

o Cardiac arrhythmia management, including titratable drip administration

o Sepsis

o DKA

o Overdose

o Other- Mixture of other high acuity patients with a strong focus on cardiac care
