The Assistant Nurse Manager will monitor daily clinical operations of outpatient clinics. A caregiver in this position works between 7 : 00am to 5 : 00pm.   Weekend rotations will occur depending on coverage needs.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Oversee nursing personnel and patient care providers in the clinical setting.
• Coordinate activities to ensure quality and safe patient care.
• Anticipate and resolve patient care and personnel issues.
• In conjunction with the clinical manager, ensure maintenance of annual staff competencies and continuing education.
• Perform duties of the RN (Registered Nurse) Ambulatory as needed. Collaborates with care coordinators to ensure smooth and effective transition of care.
• Participate and / or coordinates committees, task forces, and continuous improvement activities.
• Participate in department leadership meetings.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and patient safety initiatives.
• Assume responsibilities of the clinical manager as needed.
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of personnel, annual performance reviews, and performance improvement.

Pay Range

Minimum Annual Salary : $73,840.00

Maximum Annual Salary : $112,112.00
