Commercial Relationship Specialist-Francise Finance & Healthcare
At UMB Bank, the Commercial Relationship Specialist provides a highly skilled level of support to Relationship Managers and clients within Commercial Banking while maintaining and supporting the development of relationships with customers and internal partners. Primary responsibilities include assisting Relationship Manager(s) by performing daily support activities related to client relationships and keeping respective Relationship Manager informed when appropriate. The specialist acts as a point of contact for Commercial Banking clients for all servicing requests related to client relationship, manages post-closing requirements, works closely with the Treasury Management team to onboard new Deposit Account and Treasury Services for clients, maintains client records for both loan and deposit accounts, provides professional and courteous customer service, facilitates loan payoffs and collateral release requests, assists with analysis refund requests, facilitates no-pin wires, assists with transfers, handles customer overdraft communication and decisioning, and provides and assists with loan and deposit account information / documentation.
Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and three years general banking experience or a bachelor's degree and two years banking or client support experience. Application deadline is December 31, 2025. Compensation range is $37,490.00 - $71,920.00. The posted compensation range represents UMB's standard for this role, but the actual compensation may vary by geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors. This range does not encompass the full earning potential for this role.
