DESCRIPTION OF WORK
In this role, you will be responsible for providing skilled and technical work as the chief operator responsible for the maintenance, operation, and regulatory compliance of the Shawnee State Park water treatment plant. Your duties will include participating in the management of a sophisticated water treatment filtration system that draws surface water to supply potable water to the park.
Work Schedule and Additional Information :
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hour, 5-day work week
- Work hours are 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
- This position performs in a seven (7) day a week operation and may be scheduled to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Telework : You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- Salary : In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

Special Requirements :
Must possess a valid certificate issued by the State Board for Certification of Sewage Treatment Plant and Waterworks Operators for water treatment plants class D and E with the subclasses of 6, 8, 12, and 13.This position requires possession of a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License.Other Requirements :
