Janitor

Staffmark in Essex, CT, is hiring a Janitor to support a local, family-owned company with a great work environment. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys keeping spaces clean, safe, and well-maintained.

Schedule : Monday - Friday | 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM

Pay : $18 per hour

Requirements :

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in custodial or general maintenance work
• Ability to safely operate basic hand and power tools
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
