Job descriptionEngage with homeowners in person to educate them on the financial and environmental benefits of solar energy. Conduct home consultations to design customized solar systems using HouseBuildrs tools and resources. Generate and manage leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and community events. Manage the full sales process from first contact to closing and post-sale follow-up. Collaborate closely with project managers to ensure a smooth customer experience. Experience in sales, solar, roofing, or home improvement is a plus (but not required we train the right people). Excellent communication and people skills confident, friendly, and motivated. A self-starter who thrives in the field and enjoys meeting new people daily. Strong work ethic and drive to hit or exceed goals. Valid drivers license and reliable transportation. High earning potential top reps earn $10K+ monthly. Flexible pay structures to fit your experience and goals (commission, base pay, or hybrid). Training and mentorship from industry professionals. Qualified leads and marketing support to help you close more deals. A supportive team culture that celebrates growth and success.

Location : Greater Los Angeles Area (travel to local residential areas)
Type : Full-time or Part-time
Earning Potential : $5,000$10,000+ per month
Pay Structure : Commission-based, base pay, or hybrid (base + commission) options available
