Senior Manager of FP&A

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

Key Responsibilities

Lead and evolve the FP&A function, managing corporate budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting

Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing financial insights that influence company direction and growth initiatives

Oversee the annual planning and rolling forecast processes, ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational execution

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred

10+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, with at least 2+ years in a management role

Experience in renewable energy, solar, or high-growth environments

Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling and business case development

Experience with financial systems and automation tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan, NetSuite, Power BI)
