Position Overview

The School LCSW will provide counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and advocacy services for students and families. The LCSW will collaborate with educators, administrators, clinicians, and parents to promote students emotional well-being, academic success, and positive social development.

Key Responsibilities

Student Support & Counseling

• Provide individual and group counseling for students experiencing emotional, social, or behavioral challenges.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify student needs and strengths.
• Develop and implement intervention strategies tailored to support student success.
