Job description

A company is looking for a Clinical Data Engineer who will serve as a technical expert in building data pipelines for clinical data management.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain data pipelines for the ingestion and delivery of clinical data

Develop scalable data delivery solutions and automate manual processes

Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure data deliverables meet requirements

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience with ELT and ETL solutions for data warehouses and lakes

Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and NoSQL databases

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

Familiarity with version control tools like GitLab and GitHub

Strong understanding of database concepts and API integrations
