• Open a case for every inquiry, including those that can be resolved during the first call or e-mail, as well as inquiries that require substantive research or a response.
• Ensure accuracy in processing and responding within service level guidelines.

The annual salary target for this job in this market is $17.50-$19.00 an hour. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
