Purpose :
Facilitate Reconnection Workshop modules for military personnel, veterans, and their families in various community-based settings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the Red Cross mission and the United States military.
- Facilitate Reconnection Workshops for military personnel, veterans, and their families.
- Operate under the supervision of the Regional Service to the Armed Forces (SAF) Lead.
- Perform duties within the scope of licensure and training.
- Stay current with mental health research and practices relevant to military personnel, veterans, and their families.
- Record volunteer hours under the Red Cross policy.
Qualifications :
Licensed and unencumbered mental health professional eligible for SAF.Available to mentor and co-teach training with new Reconnection Workshop facilitators.Personal or professional experience working with the military is a plus.Possession of a master's degree or higher in a mental health field.Development Opportunities :
