Our team is rapidly expanding, and we’re searching for a driven inside sales representative! You’ll convert pre-qualified leads and turn former customers into repeat business. Compensation :

$42,000 - $55,000 per year

Responsibilities :

• Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met
• Assess the sales team’s progress toward company customer acquisition goals by creating quarterly and monthly sales reports
• Build customer relationships with existing clients by reaching out via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication to increase the likelihood of them using our services again
• Upsell our premium products to close the best deal possible
• Update customer information in the CRM to ensure all sales team members have the most current data
• Contact warm leads by phone, email, and text
• Assess and set qualified lets to an appointment with our Outside Sales Team
• Build report with leads and nurture them until the are ready
• Follow up with past appointments and past clients
• Keep detailed notes in CRM.
