The Vice President of Supply Chain is a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of the internal supply chain operations across the organization. This includes procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution for HVAC equipment and related components. The VP will develop and execute a supply chain strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives, ensuring cost-effective, timely, and quality-driven supply of products to customers. $200,000+ Annually DOE, plus potential short and long-term incentives.

EDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :
Skills & Competencies
COMPUTER SKILLS : To perform this job successfully, an individual should have intermediate to expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience with leveraging the use of supply chain logistic software, ERP systems, or similar. Experience with Infor M3 ERP system is a plus, though not required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS : Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Attendance is required Monday through Friday within normal business hours as established by Management. A flexible hybrid work model may be considered after the initial training period. Is consistently at work and on time and ensures work responsibilities are covered when away from work.
