Job descriptionAmazing leadership team. Very collaborative environment. Team first environment. Full-time = 30+ hours / week, with full benefits. Can also support 4, 10's for 40 hours per week. No nights, weekends, or major holidays Monthly schedules released in advance, including early summer planning Late coverage rotated and shared fairly – early outs are common the next day Shifts are generally 10 hours but may flex to 8s or 12s depending on cases Blue Cross Blue Shield Health Delta Dental Vision 401(k) with 3% match after 90 days A stable, kind, and cohesive OR team that values communication, professionalism, and shared effort 1+ years experience circulating in the OR, ideally with ortho cases.

Responsibilities
- 8 ORs, handling 98% orthopedic cases – mostly sports-related surgeries
- Fast-paced but lower stress than hospital ORs, in our opinion
- Team-first culture with supportive physicians and leadership
- A flexible, respectful approach to scheduling
