Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) certified with the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to support K-12 students in an educational setting. This role is ideal for both experienced pediatric healthcare speech pathologists and those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in school-based therapy.

Location : Colchester, Connecticut

Duration : Contract position for the current school year (CSY)

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify students needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication skills
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
• Monitor and document student progress regularly and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide speech therapy services compliant with educational standards
