Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team in Sylva, North Carolina. Our facility is an established 86-bed acute care hospital known for providing exemplary patient care since 1929. This dynamic environment offers a wide of medical services, including orthopedics, cardiology, general surgery, women’s care, and emergency medicine, along with sports medicine and physical therapy.

As a Registered Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to ensure patients receive high-quality clinical care while fostering a compassionate and supportive environment. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver world-class patient experiences and uphold our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, providing direct care as needed.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and care provided.
  • Educate patients and their families about health conditions and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards to ensure patient safety.

    • Qualifications :

  • Current RN license in the state of North Carolina or eligible for licensure.
  • Previous nursing experience preferred, ideally in an acute care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must complete all required screenings prior to starting.
