Location : 133 Route 3, Dededo, GU 96929

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night 3x12-Hour

Job Overview

Guam Regional Medical City is seeking experienced PCU / Tele RNs to join its progressive care unit in Dededo, Guam. This unit primarily functions as a telemetry unit but provides a level of care equivalent to PCU.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a PCU / Telemetry setting
• Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and respond to critical changes
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop patient care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Float to Med-Surg and ED Tele overflow as needed

Requirements

Experience : 2+ years in a PCU or Telemetry setting (3-5 years preferred)

Certifications Required :

First-time Travelers : Not accepted

Floating : Required to Med-Surg and ED Tele overflow as needed

On-Call Requirement : No

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Rate : $53.00 - $57.00 / hour

Overtime : 1.5x after 40 hours / week

Charge Nurse Pay : Additional $5.00 / hour

On-Call Pay : $10.00 / hour

Call Back Pay : 1.5x

Holiday Pay : 1.5x (Observed holidays include Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, and Labor Day)
