The Marketing Associate will work alongside Marketing Department to assist in the execution of marketing strategies, projects, and administrative needs. This role will serve as the foundational support for the transitions, lease-ups, and whole marketing account management team. This role will report to the Marketing Manager, Transitions.

As an Associate, Community Marketing with Bell, you are the client-facing point of contact representing the entire range of Bell Partners marketing products and services to an assigned portfolio of properties. You will apply your marketing expertise with a fiscal responsibility to develop, execute, and optimize strategies to drive asset performance via lead generation initiatives while building productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders as you help achieve client and company goals.

The Marketing Associate will proactively prepare and present reports and data-driven recommendations for the Operations Team, Asset Management Team, and ownership groups.
