🩺 What You'll Do :

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Monitor resident conditions and update physicians / families promptly

Provide skilled care such as tube feedings, dressings, suction, and catheterization

Serve as a patient advocate, ensuring care aligns with resident wishes and care plans

Maintain accurate, timely charting and documentation

Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver excellent outcomes

✅ What We're Looking For :

Current Texas LVN license in good standing

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

Ability to make independent decisions when necessary

Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and resident rights

Compassionate communication with residents, families, and team members
