What You’ll Do :
Step into a pivotal role where you’ll collaborate closely with our Compliance Officer to ensure the highest standards of compliance with Federal and State banking regulations. You’ll spearhead efforts to implement and maintain the bank’s Consumer Compliance Program, safeguarding the bank’s adherence to crucial laws and rules. Drawing upon your expertise with both Deposit and Loan regulations, you’ll monitor and adapt regulatory changes, covering areas like Adverse Actions, HMDA, LAR, and more. Your deep understanding of standard transactions and processes will be key as you ensure accuracy and alignment with industry standards. Responsibilities :
Ensure bank operations adhere to federal and state banking regulations, regulatory requirements and align with industry best practices.
Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless integration of compliance practices into daily operations. Provide guidance on compliance related matters to ensure consistency and accuracy.
Contribute to compliance related projects and meetings, process improvements, or regulatory driven initiatives. Ensure timely completion of successful implementation.

In 1905 the shareholders sought a national charter, and the bank became known as “The Scott County National Bank." By 1914 two other banks had been organized in Scott County - The First National Bank of Huntsville and The Robbins Bank and Trust Company. On April 25, 1919, the Scott County National Bank's name changed to the First National Bank of Oneida. Today, First National Bank of Oneida is the only locally owned bank celebrating 126 years!!!
