Family office is seeking an experienced, energetic, detail-oriented Controller Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all accounting functions
- Overseeing financial reporting & budgeting.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable processes.
- Coordinate with managers / owner to review project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic planning and decision-making
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance5-10 years accounting experience is a MUSTProficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks)Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Ability to work with owners and other team membersDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
