Our client in Nashville, TN has an opening for an IT Help Desk Technician fora long-term contract through the end of 2025.
This is a full-time onsite role - Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 - 4 : 30 p.m.
This role will serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email and performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
