Job Description : Job Summary :

Acclaim Multi-Specialty Group has an exciting opportunity for experienced Physicians to join the Community Health / Primary Care Float Team. The Float Team supports 11 JPS Patient-Centered Medical Homes throughout Tarrant County, collaborating with Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, and Advanced Practice Professionals.

We are looking for providers who thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy a challenge, and can seamlessly transition between different clinic settings. If you love working in a fast-paced outpatient setting and are enthusiastic about serving the residents of Tarrant County, this position is for you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Provide same-day or scheduled coverage for providers on PTO, medical leave, or other absences.
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions in primary care and outpatient settings.
• Travel to multiple clinic locations based on real-time staffing needs.
• Work collaboratively with clinic teams, including nurses, advanced practice providers, and administrative staff.
• Ensure timely and accurate EMR documentation and adherence to clinic protocols.
• Deliver patient-centered care and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications :

Required Education and Experience :

Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy degree from an accredited college of Medicine / Osteopathy.

Required Licensure / Certification / Specialized Training :

Texas Medical License

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or related primary care specialty.

Preferred Education / Licensure / Certification and Experience :

Preference is given to those candidates who have shown leadership experience or potential.
