Job Description

• Maintain, and repair residential & commercial gas (no oil) fired heating & cooling (HVAC) systems
• Inspect HVAC systems and their components for proper functioning
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring
• Test HVAC systems to ensure they are working correctly and efficiently
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines when working with HVAC systems
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician with both residential and commercial experience

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including schematics and components

Mechanical knowledge and ability to use hand tools effectively

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Pay : $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
