The IPT Lead (Engineering Manager) leads an engineering team in pursuit of excellence in project performance (cost, schedule and technical). The IPT Lead cultivates a healthy work environment for team personnel, sustains team workload, and is supported by the Chief Engineer and / or Chief Designer.
