Overview

Our client is seeking motivated individuals interested in transitioning into IT roles. This position is ideal for candidates with Epic experience and a background in healthcare operations who are eager to grow their technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for Epic applications in ambulatory, clinical documentation, Cupid, Radiant, or orders modules
• Assist with scheduling, coordination, and front desk operations as needed
• Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve Epic-related issues
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Support workflow improvements and ensure compliance with organizational standards
