Position Summary

Orange EV is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support operations for our largest customer account. In this essential role, you will handle the high-volume operational tasks required to support large-scale truck deliveries, including documentation management, shipment coordination, and customer portal administration. You will work closely with the Account Operations Manager to ensure flawless execution of all operational activities.

Primary Outcome

Execute all high-volume operational tasks for the key account with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring seamless documentation flow, shipment coordination, and customer communication that supports large-scale truck deliveries.

Position Responsibilities

• Generate, track, and deliver Manufacturer Certificates of Origin (MCOs) with 100% accuracy
• Coordinate truck shipments with internal logistics team and customer, managing scheduling spreadsheets and communications
• Maintain and update customer vendor portal with accurate truck data, delivery schedules, and documentation
• Prepare and send deployment communications and documentation packages to customer sites
• Track truck serial numbers, configurations, and delivery status across the full order lifecycle
• Maintain comprehensive compliance documentation and audit trails for all customer deliveries
• Serve as backup operational contact for routine customer inquiries
• Manage document version control and filing systems for all account-related paperwork
• Coordinate with accounting team on address updates, entity information, and billing support needs
• Support preparation of materials for customer business reviews and reporting
• Monitor and follow up on pending tasks and deadlines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc reporting requests as needed
• Identify and flag potential issues or delays to Account Operations Manager
• Help maintain and update the Account Operational Playbook with process refinements
