Purpose of Role
Records financial transactions, following the accounting rules and internal control guidelines, and present them in a form that informs business decisions.
Key Accountabilities Include
- Ensure application of company policies and accounting guidelines.
- Support timely resolution of issues.
- Support accurate and timely processing of subledger and GL recordings.
- Support awareness and adherence to internal controls.
- Ensure delivery of timely and accurate financial reports.
Primary Responsibilities Include
Provide inventory cost updates and review inter - warehouse transfers.Inventory Reporting and Analysis including landing costs, slow or obsolete inventories and inventory reserve requirements, and fluctuation analysis.Participate in month end close activities; prepare journal entries and enter journal entries for posting.Create master data records and maintain subledger entriesAdvise internal departments.Provide information and answers to financial and JSOX auditors.Prepare the parents company reporting package.GL accounts reconciliation and analysis; including fluctuation analysis.Create and maintain documentation for processes and procedures for responsible tasks.Core Functional Competencies

The hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $90,000 annually + bonus. This is the hiring range and does not include the value of benefits.
