nVent is seeking a Responsible Master Electrician to join our team in Blaine, MN. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the operation of our facility and production equipment by overseeing, reviewing, and signing off on electrical work. You will be responsible for day-to-day troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and process improvements. You will also provide guidance and coaching to our Electrical Shop and Team. Your leadership will be instrumental in the team's success, as you guide them to perform at the highest level and deliver exceptional results.

Pay Transparency

nVent's pay scale is based on the expected range of base pay for this job and the employee's work location. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply.

Compensation Range :

$45.00 - $62.50 Per Hour

Pay Transparency

Compensation Range :

$23.90 - $44.40 Per Hour

Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
