To the right EMT, LifeLine Ambulance is offering a Full-Time position in our Primary 911 Response System . Here, you will be able to practice and challenge your skills as an EMT.

Our employees enjoy a generous two days on six days off working schedule , flexible scheduling, and a mix of Primary 911 calls between multiple locations. Compensation : $16.75-$19.00 / hour- IV-Tech & AEMT certifications will be considered for a higher starting wage scale within the posted range.

EMT-Job Description

• Maintain confidentiality of all patient and company information.
• Reports verbally and in writing / electronically, their observation and emergency medical care of the patient at the emergency scene and in transit, to the receiving medical facility staff for purposes of records and diagnostics.
• Constantly assesses the patient en-route to the medical facility, administers additional care as indicated or directed by medical control.
• Data-link all tough books at the beginning of each shift daily.
• Functions within the scope of care as defined by state, regional and local regulatory agencies.
• Renders emergency medical and / or trauma care to adults, children and infants based on assessment findings.
• Attends emergency and non-emergency medical requests as they arise, renders on-site assistance to patients as required.
• Performs or assists in the initial assessment and management of illness or injury to emergency patients in accordance with specified protocol and procedures.
• Inspects emergency medical equipment to ensure serviceability and compliance with safety and infection control regulations and standards.
• Complete patient care reports completely and thoroughly.
