POSITION SUMMARY :
The Enterprise Applications Manager is responsible for the advancement and support of the firm's applications. The Manager oversees the work of the applications team, contracted staff, and vendors to provide consistent excellence in application and database performance and delivery. This position is responsible for the implementation, administration, maintenance and support of the firm's applications and for building and supporting custom integrations and workflows. The Enterprise Application Manager makes recommendations on resource needs to ensure the team is equipped to provide the expected level of support and that the firm's applications perform well, meet security requirements, and are in alignment with evolving business requirements.

SALARY
Illinois based applicants only : The target annual salary range for this role is currently $155,000 - $180,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. To tal compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
New York based applicants only : The target annual salary range for this role is currently $175,000 - $205,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. To tal compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
Washington, DC based applicants only : The target annual salary range for this role is currently $165,000 - $193,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. To tal compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
