Maintenance Technician

Join our client’s team as a Maintenance Technician in Vernon County, WI supporting a highly automated dairy facility focused on butter production. This multi-craft role covers mechanical, electrical, and controls maintenance to keep production, packaging, and utility systems running safely and efficiently.

What you’ll do :

• Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment including packaging, metal detection, case packing, and palletizing
• Calibrate and document sensors and instrumentation critical to food safety compliance
• Operate and maintain ammonia refrigeration and glycol cooling systems
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using CMMS software
• Coordinate with contractors and ensure compliance with safety protocols
