Compensation : $60,000 - $80,000 plus equity. Comprehensive benefits package included.

Minimum Experience Required : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Work Authorization : Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time.

Location : 100% Remote

What You'll Do :

Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications to identify defects and ensure functionality meets requirements.

Create and execute test cases based on product specifications and user stories.

Document and track defects using our bug tracking system, providing clear and concise information for developers.

Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Participate in test planning and contribute to the development of test strategies.

What You Bring :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Basic understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Bonus Points :

Experience with bug-tracking systems such as Jira or Bugzilla.

Familiarity with automated testing tools and frameworks.

Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
