In this fast-paced, impact-driven role, you will lead a diverse portfolio of Productivity, Business Continuity (BCP), and Sustainability projects with disciplined project management, In this role, you will : Project execution management Lead end-to-end project execution for high-priority projects through planning, development, execution, monitoring & control, and closure. Define and manage project scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk and communications with discipline and autonomy. Build structured project plans (e.g. charters, timeline, risk logs, RACIs, stakeholder maps) that enable disciplined execution and transparency. Adapt project approaches based on complexity, risk, and urgency - balancing agility with strong process discipline. Cross-functional alignment & stakeholder management Be the heartbeat of cross-functional alignment, partnering with Marketing, R&D, Packaging, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, etc. to deliver success. Facilitate effective communication, ensuring teams understand responsibilities, dependencies, and key decisions points. Influence without authority to move projects forward and keep cross-functional teams focused on critical-path work. Risk Management and issue resolution Lead structured risk assessments, scenario planning, and mitigation strategies for productivity, sustainability and BCP initiatives. Identify risks early, evaluate business impact, discuss solutions, and escalate attention points when needed. Governance, reporting and data accuracy Ensure accuracy and completeness of project data in Accolade, productivity trackers, and governance systems. Prepare high-quality project reports, dashboards and meeting materials tailored for different stakeholders. Ensure project data completeness and compliance in project management tools. Support adoption of Idea to Market methodology as an execution role model for peers. Act as a role model for disciplined project delivery and a champion for continuous improvement in seasonal planning and execution. Travel requirements : Occasional Travel Work schedule : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM EST Salary and Benefits : The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,790; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
