Client Engagement Manager, Professional Services
Location : Hybrid (Irving, TX 1-2 days per week in office) | Travel : 50%+
Overview :
We’re seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Client Engagement Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring successful software implementations and measurable business outcomes. You’ll work closely with executive stakeholders to drive alignment, value realization, and long-term partnership success.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the executive-level relationship lead for assigned implementation projects.
Align implementation roadmaps with client business priorities and success metrics.
Partner with project and solution teams to anticipate risks, remove roadblocks, and maintain consistent stakeholder communication.
Define, track, and communicate the business value delivered through implementations.
Represent the customer internally to influence best practices, process improvements, and product enhancements.
Identify opportunities for continued partnership and account growth post-implementation.
Participate in executive governance and steering committees.
Maintain regular onsite engagement with clients to strengthen relationships and ensure project success.
Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in SaaS Professional Services, Customer Success, or Client Engagement roles managing enterprise clients.
Proven success building and maintaining executive relationships within complex organizations.
Strong knowledge of software implementation lifecycles, change management, and business process transformation.
Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presentation skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience with Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) or risk / compliance SaaS solutions a plus.
PMP or similar certification preferred.
Willingness to travel 50%+ for client meetings and workshops.
