Duur : 6 maanden (van 1 oktober 2025 tot 1 april 2026) met optie tot verlenging tot maximaal 1 oktober 2027

Functieomschrijving
Als programmamanager AI ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inrichting en uitvoering van het AI-programma van DCMR. Je zorgt dat concrete AI-toepassingen worden gerealiseerd, waarbij privacy, informatiebeveiliging, architectuur en ethiek zijn geborgd. Ook begeleid je de organisatie bij het leren werken met AI en stel je het programmaplan voor 2026 op.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Opstellen van een programmaplan voor 2026
- Leidinggeven aan multidisciplinaire projectteams
- Vertalen van strategie naar concrete projecten en implementaties
- Inrichten en bewaken van ethische en juridische kaders (AI Act, AVG)
- Monitoren van voortgang, risico's en impact en rapporteren aan management en opdrachtgevers
- Signaleren van technologische en maatschappelijke ontwikkelingen
- Organiseren van workshops en kennissessies om kennisdeling te stimuleren
