KPMG is currently seeking a Temporary Systems Engineer, Systems & Infrastructure Administrator for a nine-month assignment to join our Digital Nexus technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration, maintenance, configuration, and ongoing support of server infrastructure hosting Enterprise Applications running Windows and Linux operating systems
• Resolve complex enterprise system hardware and software problems; collaborate with peer teams and vendors to coordinate solutions
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures; interface with business clients and technology staff to implement solutions that meet business needs and address impact of new or revised applications on existing infrastructure, including installation and testing of new enterprise system software and hardware releases
• Work directly with users to prioritize requests and provide progress updates with estimated delivery timeframes
• Coordinate support escalation communication; participate in the development and maintenance of project technical documentation including design, configuration, and installation
• Coordinate end-to-end application testing, defect management, change and release management, and escalation processes; provide on-call support, including off hours and weekend support
• Provide patching operations support to Latin America member firms
