Program Manager - Enrollment and Eligibility

Genesis10 is currently looking for a Program Manger with Healthcare Enrollment and Eligibility for a 3-6 month contract with a large Healthcare client in Minneapolis MN. 100% remote with some light travel. Compensation : $70.00 - 75.00 per hour W2, depending on skill and experience level. Description : The Enrollment and Eligibility Program Manager will attend daily operational calls related to health plan enrollment and eligibility across Commercial and Medicare Advantage lines of business. They bring experience with enrollment systems and platforms, supporting initial and open enrollment processes, if needed, and understanding of business rules to determine member eligibility. They will provide support for Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, including investigating and resolving data issues such as mismatches, duplicate entries, and missing records. The role also involves supporting vendor implementations, managing end-to-end vendor relationships, and participating in regular meetings to capture issues, risks, and action items. Additionally, the Program Manager augments operational staff to support daily issues and any ongoing projects and RFPs and can transfer subject knowledge to newer members to foster role growth and operational excellence. Telecommute : May need to travel to client site for initial meeting Travel : 0-25% Required Skills : o Experience with enrollment systems and platforms o Enrollment processes, including initial enrollment, open enrollment o Commercial / Medicare / Medicare Advantage enrollment and eligibility o ACA marketplace o Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as HIPAA, CMS guidelines o Some experience applying policy rules to determine member eligibility o Some experience with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) o Some experience with health plan vendor implementation o Strong problem-solving abilities and have experience analysis tools and techniques (such as Excel and Smartsheet) o Provide support managing the end-to-end relationships with assigned vendors o Mentorship to team members to help with their professional growth o RFP creation and evaluation process o Vendor relationship management If you have the described qualifications and are interested in this exciting opportunity, apply today!
