About The Position

Job Title : Interventional Radiology Tech

Hours per Shift : 9.5 hours (07 : 00 - 16 : 30)

Experience : Minimum 1 year experience required. First-timers accepted.

License : Must have IL license in hand at submission.

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, ARRT, IEMA required.

Must-Have :

Will work every third weekend.

On-call requirement : 1 night a week primary, 1 night a week secondary.

Will float as needed within job scope to meet facility needs.

Local candidates accepted, no radius restrictions.

Ideally, no more than 5 days of request time off.

Description :

This position is for an Interventional Radiology Tech.

The tech will work in a dynamic acute care environment.

Staff rotates every third weekend, with additional on-call responsibilities.

Must hold current certifications in BLS, ACLS, ARRT, and IEMA.

Experience in charting on Cerner is required.

The daily patient census involves a variety of complex cases.

The unit is well-equipped with multiple imaging modalities.

Interdisciplinary support is available from various teams.

Candidates may be required to adapt to the needs of the facility.

Travelers should be aware of the stringent compliance requirements.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong technical skills.

Commitment to maintaining a sterile field and compliance with safety standards is essential.

The role requires strong communication and teamwork abilities.
