Key Responsibilities
- Lead patient evaluations and compile comprehensive medical histories
- Order and interpret advanced diagnostic tests (., X-rays, EKGs, labs)
- Perform complex procedures including injections, suturing, wound care, and immunizations
- Develop and oversee treatment plans, ensuring continuity and quality of care
- Mentor junior clinical staff and contribute to training initiatives
- Educate patients on health maintenance and compliance
- Maintain accurate, timely, and secure documentation
- Support clinical policy development and quality improvement efforts
- Deliver exceptional patient and client service aligned with organizational values
- Adapt to evolving clinic needs and contribute to operational excellence
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a health-related fieldGraduate of an accredited PA or NP programActive state licensure and board certificationMinimum 5 years of clinical experience, preferably in occupational or urgent care settingsDEA and FMCSA NRCME certification (CME provided if needed)Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skillsBenefits & Work Environment
