Were looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound / outbound calls build customer relationships and support sales growth. Youll manage leads provide product information and help drive revenue through consistent follow-up and communication.

Responsibilities :

• Manage inbound inquiries and make outbound follow-up calls
• Identify customer needs and recommend products / services
• Meet sales goals and track activity in the CRM
• Prepare quotes proposals and order updates
• Maintain strong customer relationships and handle questions professionally
