Gastroenterologist in South Florida

About the Role

The University of Miami Health System is initiating a search for a Gastroenterologist to join thier growing team.

He / she will provide outpatient clinical and endoscopic services, as well as rounding / teaching on inpatients at UHealth Towers, and Jackson Memorial Hospital. Preferred physician who is trained in Gastroenterology and Hepatology to see GI patients in an inpatient and outpatient setting. Physician will do weekly, holiday, and weekend call proportionate to other GI providers.The physician in the clinical track is responsible for providing direct inpatient and outpatient care to GI patients at UHealth Locations and Jackson Memorial Hospital [8 half days].

Responsibilities

• Maintain outpatient clinical practice at Uhealth locations, UHealth Towers, and Satellite locations.
• Rotate on night and weekend call proportionate to other faculty.
• Rotate proportionate to other faculty on Gastroenterology inpatient and JMH teaching services.
