Position Overview
Renewable Ergon seeks an experienced Consultant CFO to oversee financial modeling, capital structuring, and investor engagement for its U.S. projects on a commission-only basis .
This role suits an executive-level professional who prefers performance-based compensation tied directly to measurable financing outcomes rather than a fixed salary.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee compliance with U.S. financial and tax regulations
Compensation - Commission Only
Milestone Commission Rate Payout Timing
Capital secured up to USD 25 million : 1.5% Within 45 days of verified financial close
USD 25–75 million secured : 2.5% Within 45 days after audit confirmation
Above USD 75 million secured : 3.5% Within 45 days after Board approval of fund receipt
No fixed salary or retainer is provided; compensation is paid solely upon verified project-finance closings.
