Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP)

Join our dedicated team as a Qualified Intellectual Disability Professional (QIDP) where you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities in a compassionate and professional environment. Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and coordinate the Individual Support Planning (ISP) process for residents in Shores Residential homes.
• Oversee the development implementation and monitoring of active treatment plans and program services.
• Ensure all services comply with state and federal regulations and organizational policies.
• Serve as a case manager advocate and liaison for residents families and service providers.
• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to provide 24 / 7 shift support for residential homes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess resident needs and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Document all services interventions and progress accurately and timely.
• Provide guidance and supervision to direct care staff regarding treatment plans and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

Use of personal vehicle for travel between homes appointments and community resources.
